I am learning to let go, embrace the craziness and just have fun. I have two young daughters, two dogs who hallucinate and hear voices and an out numbered, doesn't stand a chance, dreading-the-teen-years husband. This is me just throwing my life out into cyberspace.

Cinderella's Hand Bell and Singing Debut
Back in December Cinderella sang Christmas Carols and played the hand bells at the annual town tree lighting ceremony.
They even had a snow maker!
Little sister was so excited to see big sister perform.
Her bottom lip would disappear when she played her bells. :)
And then, of course, a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Santa loved Sleeping Beauty and "made his night." He asked her if she was being a good girl and she said, "I think sooooooooooo..."

Afterwards, we went to Ihop with Nana and Pa. It was a fun night and memories were made by all.

A Santa Question
When Santa comes to our house and leaves gifts, they are wrapped. In seeing other pictures I have noticed some are wrapped and some are not. How does Santa leave gifts at your house and how did he leave them for you when you were a child?

Santa 2011
Here is our picture with The Real Santa Claus:
We have seen him every year but Cinderella's first Christmas. That year she saw one of Santa's helpers.
Upon getting in Santa's lap Sleeping Beauty made her Snow White doll (in her lap) talk and say, "Santa, I can explain!" :)
We weren't too pleased with the quality of the "professional" photograph. Usually the pictures are better.

Christmas Fun
We have been busy making Christmas crafts and enjoying our time together.
She cracks me up!Princess Furry Pants is all about Christmas this year. She's been hanging out under the tree, under the stockings and has been wearing an elf outfit and a Santa hat.
Our Elf on the Shelf has been up to some more craziness:
The girls loved seeing him up on the lamp with Daddy's XBox remote. They laughed and laughed! He also made a snow angel out of flour and ate some sugar cookies. The flour and cookie crumbs were all over the kitchen counter. This brought lots of laughs too.

Disney World Part 3
Part 2 is here (and there is a link to Part 1 there.)
The girls waiting to ride a ride, looking out across to Tom Sawyer's Island.
"Mom! You didn't get my hands on my hips!"
| Before the ride starts |
These pictures are from the second parade we saw. It was dark outside and it was so pretty with the castle lighting our view. :)
Donald Duck
Baloo (left) and King Louie of the Apes (right) from "The Jungle Book"
Mr. Incredible from "The Incredibles." His outfit and super-imposed muscles grossed me out!
The Mad Hatter from "Alice in Wonderland" with the castle behind him.
This guy in the purple was in the parade. He immediately spotted Sleeping Beauty and was taken with her. When it was time for the dance party in the street he recruited my two girls and taught them a dance. They both had a blast!
Here he is with Cinderella (Sleeping Beauty is being blocked by her big sister!)
Learning some moves
Two pictures of the castle and the reflection:
LoVe it!
Me and my girls in front of the castleHappiest place on earth, indeed!!
The toy soldier from "Babes in Toyland," the big tree behind him and then in the back left, the castle all lit up at night!
