I realize I am behind on events but The Crazies wanted to wish you a Happy New Year!!
I am learning to let go, embrace the craziness and just have fun. I have two young daughters, two dogs who hallucinate and hear voices and an out numbered, doesn't stand a chance, dreading-the-teen-years husband. This is me just throwing my life out into cyberspace.

So, 2011...
Dear 2011,
We are not starting off the year on great terms. Now Sleeping Beauty has pink eye along with Cinderella. But poor Sleeping Beauty has it in both eyes and it seems to be worse case of it. ?! I have cabin fever even though I went to the grocery store yesterday. Stressing out and fighting crowds to get my child's eye medicine wasn't my idea of fun anyway. I took Sleeping Beauty with me B.P.E. (Before Pink Eye). She made everything take ten times longer because she had to look at every. Little. THING. I can't bear the sitting around, waiting for them to touch something so I can disinfect/wash it, telling them to not touch their eyes, not touch the remote, etc. I can smell Lysol in my sleep. It is so tiring and the washing of the non-infected stuff (my clothes and the husband's) is getting behind. I fully expect to wake with my eyes sealed shut tomorrow to thwart my attempts of going to church. I'd probably have to go in my pajamas anyway because everything else is dirty. I am not fond of 2011 so far and the end of 2010 blew chunks, if I'm being honest - and literal.
ARRRRGGHHHHH!
I am now feeling like Debbie Downer.
Debbie Downer Jingle:
"You're enjoying your day.
Everything's going your way.
Then along comes Debbie Downer.
Always there to tell you 'bout a new disease.
A car accident or killer bees.
You'll beg her to spare you, "Debbie, please!"
But you can't stop Debbie Downer!"

Wah wah.
Un-sincerly,
The Queen of the Crazies
