A "Wicked" Good Time!

My girls and I love "The Wizard of Oz." I went two years ago to see "Wicked" and loved it.  It is a story about the witches from "The Wizard of Oz" from their points of view.   I had the soundtrack and the girls fell in love.  Sleeping Beauty could sing the songs word for word at the age of two.  :)  They begged to go see it for two years.   They wanted to see it so bad.  This past Christmas my mom and dad got us tickets to go see "Wicked."  So, in January we went and saw it.

 They LOVED it and were model citizens while there.  :)  They got "all fancy" in their pretty dresses and  brought their baby dolls.  Sleeping Beauty looks a bit like a Muppet here.  ;)

Cinderella's Mini Birthday Party

We had a mini family party on her actual birthday.  Her party would be the following Saturday, the 25th.  I also made chocolate cupcakes for her to share with her classmates and teacher, took her Chick Fil A and ate lunch with her at school.  :)

She did say, "Hey!  I'm not one!!"  I told her I was too cheap for seven candles especially when we were doing her real party on Saturday.  :)

A Treasure or a Nightmare?

Tim found this in the woods - thrown out.  I believe it is an eyesore but he likes it.  He has named it.  What do you think?

Cindy Lou Who

Friday is Dr. Seuss' birthday and Cinderella's class celebrated it early.  The above is a picture taken before school.  They were to dress up and I found out the night before.  The teacher said not to g out and buy anything and I didn't feel like a big ordeal.  Anyway, I pulled her hair up and put some pipe cleaners in her hair and she was transformed into Cindy Lou Who from "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas."  She was so cute and everyone knew who she was supposed to be!  Cute and free is a great combination for me!  ;)
