I am learning to let go, embrace the craziness and just have fun. I have two young daughters, two dogs who hallucinate and hear voices and an out numbered, doesn't stand a chance, dreading-the-teen-years husband. This is me just throwing my life out into cyberspace.

Random
I feel like I am so far behind. I have some Christmas pictures but haven't had the time to put them on here. The kids are home and will be until the 10th so I am doing everything I can to keep this household from the very threshold of you-know-where. We are having fun but they are exhausting me and taking every last bit of my patience. As soon as one mess is cleaned up or a crisis is averted, there is a new mess and a new disaster I must wade through. Just know I have not forgotten the blog and will be back soon!

A Santa Question
When Santa comes to our house and leaves gifts, they are wrapped. In seeing other pictures I have noticed some are wrapped and some are not. How does Santa leave gifts at your house and how did he leave them for you when you were a child?

Santa 2011
Here is our picture with The Real Santa Claus:
We have seen him every year but Cinderella's first Christmas. That year she saw one of Santa's helpers.
Upon getting in Santa's lap Sleeping Beauty made her Snow White doll (in her lap) talk and say, "Santa, I can explain!" :)
We weren't too pleased with the quality of the "professional" photograph. Usually the pictures are better.

Christmas Fun
We have been busy making Christmas crafts and enjoying our time together.
She cracks me up!Princess Furry Pants is all about Christmas this year. She's been hanging out under the tree, under the stockings and has been wearing an elf outfit and a Santa hat.
Our Elf on the Shelf has been up to some more craziness:
The girls loved seeing him up on the lamp with Daddy's XBox remote. They laughed and laughed! He also made a snow angel out of flour and ate some sugar cookies. The flour and cookie crumbs were all over the kitchen counter. This brought lots of laughs too.

Princess Furry Pants is TWO Whole Paws!
Princess Furry Pants is 10 (people years old) today! She LOVES Christmas and Halloween as seen below.
On the armrest - her favorite place
I love this one from last Christmas - Cinderella and Princess Furry Pants
Hotdog again
Crazy Halloween with Cinderella as a sheep (her obsession back then.)
Teaching soon to be big sister how to care for and hold a newborn
Ladybug
Wearing one of Cinderella's sleep shirts. She asks to wear their clothes. And by "asks" I mean she comes over, stands up and tries to get her head in the outfit! This happens a lot on Sunday mornings.
Sports fan ;)
Her lips are sealed...
One of my favorites - when she was an only child:
Hanging out - upside down style
Meeting baby sister #2 - Sleeping Beauty
In time out with a baby Cinderella ;)
Hanging out with Sleeping Beauty
Teaching the art of diapering to Cinderella...
HAHAHAHAHA
Happy birthday to our special, oldest girl. We love you always!!

Hotdog again
Princess Furry Pants was a rescue dog we got from the Humane Society when she was one and a half in the spring of 2003. She was our first baby and was so excited to have a new home and a while later, a baby sister (and then two sisters!)

Cute lil squirrel - Halloween 2011
If you want a picture with your kids and your dog, just don't invite the dog into the pictures. She HAD to join. She's dressed as an elf here. This was the other day.Trademark "Circle Mouth"

Caught!
I set up a computer for the girls but this is my laptop. Apparently Princess Furry Pants needs a computer too. I came in from the kitchen a couple of weeks ago and saw this:
Then, as I entered the room, she became possessive.
And then she wouldn't let me use it!
She thought it was funny.
Canine craziness!
