A Helpful Sprite

Sleeping Beauty - we call her a sprite - played her "flute" (recorder) outside and our tomatoes grew and we got little buds on our watermelons!  What a helpful little sprite!

Dolphins and Beach Fun

 We went to the beach today for Sleeping Beauty's preschool field trip.  We saw several dolphins (one in the photo above) and a beached baby hammerhead shark.

We had lots of fun with our friends and came home beat.  :)

Baby Praying Mantis

It's a baby praying mantis!

 A couple of weeks ago we found a baby praying mantis in one of our front yard flower beds.  He became attached to Tim and he couldn't put him down without the mantis clamoring back to him.  It was really cute.

 I love this picture.  He was so sweet.  We couldn't get him to eat so we let him go later that same night never to see him again.

 Here is our egg sack.  We are still waiting for them to hatch. IF it ever hatches we should have between 100 - 200 babies.

Cinderella's Field Trip

Last week Cinderella went on her first non-preschool field trip and it was to the zoo.  Much fun and she was so good.  :)
